Bridge Over Bear Creek


All access to Mt St Helens became buried under mountains of downed trees, mud, and ash after it erupted in 1980.
This is just one of the many bridges built, but by far the most majestic.

The volcano Mt St Helens had then inflict unimaginable damage. They were talking about at that time about her around the world ran around the world and frightening images. The bridge which is on the way to it fits quite well into the landscape. The steel structure is now little to see. Nice photos. / Peter

HI Laura...amazing structure..and the people who construct them!
I just watched a show on public television on volcano eruptions last night and MT St Helens was one of them and some of the rehabitation of the area..fasinating!!

I had a tough enough time with the photo--and I know you've shown the view before (phenomenal, to say the least).
