Open Roads

and fields
as far as the eye can see

every now and then
you'll spy an oddity

I think that open road is calling me! The outhouses made me chuckle - why are they there?

I love how the road leads my eyes into the first photo. I also like the lines in the field and the smoothness of the hill. NICE!

I don't know which I liked best! The first shot is just cool. The second made me smile.
What a fun stretch of road.

Hi Laura, I’m Anne from Life on the Funny Farm (http://annesfunnyfarm.blogspot.com), and I’m visiting from Rural Thursday.

Great pix! Were those outhouses for real? Can't believe you spotted them.

Anyway, thanks for sharing! I hope you can pop by my blog sometime to say hi…

That second shot is great! Every one needs a pit stop!

Definitely rural! Eastern side of the state? Great rolling fields and those two outhouses are definitely worth a chuckle.

Got a chuckle out of the second shot. I like how your first shot drew my eye to the far horizon.
