Forever in Awe

Oh my gosh...... I'd ask how you could forget that, but I know that I'm guilty of letting the noise and 'stuff' get my attention..and I forget.

It is must phenomenal, that view of yours. From any angle, any day. This one is especially lovely. And it did the trick.....I'm feeling 'right sized'.
Wow........

Every time I see a photo of Mount Saint Helens, I think of May 18th 1980. My sisters house had birds eye view of the mountain. I went over to her house and watched history being made. That is a couple of weeks that I will never forget.

I saw her today....from a vantage point on I-205 headed toward I-84. I realized it's the first time I've noticed the flat-topped mountain from that point!

It's stunning -- but as a transplanted Oregonian, I know that the gray skies sometimes make it hard to remember the beautiful ones! Thanks for the taste of home -- and the lovely picture; my good luck to be next to you at Our World~~ I'll be back!
