This has got to be the best image I have seen so far here. Love the scope, the colors, the view. Everything's perfect!

That is a spectacular picture of Mt. St. Helens. I haven't seen too many spiders yet but you are the 3rd blogger this morning to have mentioned them!

This is a magnificent photo! :)

Squirrels are busy around our yard too. How can they remember where the bury all their goodies?

Nice random five! And, I love that photo of Mt. St. Helen's.

Stunning shot. I wonder what the squirrels are burying -- especially since there doesn't seem to be anything there -- just the holes! Crazy critters! Great chicken story and I haven't noticed any extra spiders here. Maybe they traveled your way?!!!

amazing view! glad you rescued the chicken. :)

Nice shot of MSH! I need to get up there for one more hike before the bad weather sets in (although this weekend's weather isn't looking promising) Yeah, we're getting ugly spiders now in our house too.... bleah!

What a stunning photo! That must be awesome, to be above the clouds, as you described.

We have spiders everywhere, too. I never noticed them coming out so much during the fall. They make some beautiful webs, but I've found some in my car. Don't like driving down the road wondering if a spider is climbing around on me. :-)

Lovely photo! I know, the animals have been so active the last few weeks, and are definitely getting ready for winter. I find it so relaxing to listen to all of their chatter as they jockey for food :)

Love the view and setting. At what elevation were you? Did you feel any symptoms of altitude sickness?

I just got to say I love your line about the chipmunks burying and reburying what they bury! It cracks me up cause it is so true, and has been so long since I watched them or squirrels do that.

A rapturous shot! I dispel spiders with a hedgeapple in every room....from the osage tree, they are now available along our roadsides♫ My post: http://lauriekazmierczak.com/bean-there/

Simply a marvelous shot of Mt St Helens ! And I couldn't stop just there - had to go back and enjoy more of your posts. Thanks for capturing all that beauty.

*laughing* Dunno what your squirrely creatures are doing, but Mrs. Skippy is building her little nest for the winter.
And I'd tell you ALL the cool spiders are out right now, but I can see you wouldn't appreciate that breaking news. *laughing*

Awesome photo. I've run out of words to tell you HOW amazing...but this one got me small in record time--and THAT is amazing! ;-)

Oh my, this is spectacular! My husband and daughter climbed Mt. Shasta, but Mt. St. Helen's would only be a dream. You have truly captured the beauty of God's mountain.
