I long for the crunch, crunch beneath my southern feet.. it should cool down sometime in October here, if we're lucky.. oh how I miss the northern Autumn leaves, sigh..

The beginning of Autumn always bring with it a certain melancholy. The russets, reds and golds do help make up for the loss of summer's vibrant energy and colors. A neat capture here. :))

This is still al great leaf. It was so beautiful before, I am sure. It still has its beautiful colors but his time is over.
