It's beautiful....One day when I was driving on 205 toward Portland, St. Helens was just beautiful! Covered in snow...just planted there among the greenery. Generally, I don't see it on my trips to Portland. My son and his fiancee' are taking one of the organized hikes in late June, I believe.

That mountain has the same effect on me as Mount Fuji. Not that I'll ever get to see either in real life.
Laura, I have never seen the mountain St. Helens. I didn't even know about it.
