I have been outside at dusk like this...near water...and that kind of winter cold goes through to the bone. But though it chills the body, soul somehow demands that the body stay and watch till there is NO MORE LIGHT...and the show is completely over for the night.

A couple of beautiful photos Laura (this and the next most recent). I agree that HDR can really render a scene that more closely resembles what our eyes see (unless it's way overdone, of course).
