A really cool photo, Laura. Wow triple digits- you need a tall glass of ice tea.
Oh joy.....LOL The joy is it found you and is leaving us alone for the moment. We had weeks of triple digit days--the poor plants aren't going to recover. :-(
But along the bank is where you want to be, in the shade, with a tall glass of tea!
Seems like this is one for the taking.

A perfect time to do nothing at all. That shady tree looks very inviting... and with temperatures that hot, perhaps a dip in the water? We have very hot Summers here and I don't look forward to them at all. I love Spring & Autumn... it's almost Spring in Australia and the flowers & blossoms are already coming out. We have had a lovely warm week. I do hope the weather cools down for you!
