Hi Laura, I know that Grinch thing! Happens to me all the time. Also with Charlie Brown and the music from The Messiah, (because I used to go see it with my late father) I'm so glad you've made friends thru your blog. I feel like that too. Makes life a little nicer, doesn't it? I'm so glad I know you. Hope your Christmas is tranquil and gentle and you are surrounded with love and family. :)

I know you left that pinecone and came back with an excellent photo....but I WANT ONE. It's a cutie!

It's A Wonderful Life does it every time for me... And I'm farrr from shy (as you mighta noted)--but I'm ever so glad you're stretching yourself and putting yourself out there, bit by bit.
I've always thought putting out photos for the world to see was an extremely brave thing.
I was more than a bit bucky about that hitting publish to those first photos.

((((( Laura )))))
Happy Holiday to you and himself. And here's to another year of awesome adventures!

We don't watch The Grinch, but sometimes we do feel a tinge of Grinch. Usually a Christmas song or Christmas lights send that Grinchy feeling away. xox

Love the pinecone. Merry Christmas to you, Laura. (I have a stuffed Grinch who sits in the middle of my bed during the month of December.)

Your photo of that pinecone is just beautiful. There is something so wonderfula bout the simpllcity of it! Blogging is a great way to come out of "yourself" and definitely a good place if you are shy. So many wonderful people to meet, and such great support. Glad you are in the blogging world!

I do believe most of us bloggers tend towards being introverted, painfully so in some cases. Blogging is such a great way to reach out and connect for us. Happy Holidays Laura! xo

Gorgeous photo! I'm a sucker for all the old Christmas movies. Even though I've seen them dozens of times they still make me cry.

I feel the same way when I watch "A Christmas Carol" .... I could watch that movie over and over and over!!!
I was painfully shy growing up, too.
Have a Merry Christmas!

I find it difficult to imagine you as being 'painfully shy'. Your words and photography lift me every day.
