Tis the Moon I See

It was more than
a wee bit cold and damp
my tripod kept sliding
in the dew
But seeing a total lunar eclipse
a blood moon
was an experience
too wonderful for words

It was worth the effort . . . your shots are great.
I especially like the last image.
Thanks for sharing.

How wonderful photographs Laura, a new and beautiful view of the moon! Both these and the earlier, the bridge, the road on the sand ... well ... all. A great job!

Nice images! I was too lazy and slept right through the eclipse. Now I'm wishing I'd have set my alarm and gotten up....

Whoaaa...I'm sooooo glad you went to the extra effort so us working folk could have an upcoming close view. I saw it through more my windshield. NOT the same, but still impressive!
