I'm a free spirited aging hippie who loves talking to flowers, chasing rainbows and photographing all the beauty that surrounds us Thanks for taking a peek into my little world Laura
Very pretty photo. I like the way the angle changes as the piling enters the water. I've seen these and wondered about them. Did they used to support an old dock or pier? Or perhaps just a spot to tie a boat to?
Through my blog and yours I’ve met and made so many wonderful friends Who’ve enriched my life in so many wonderful ways Ways that words cannot begin to express ♥
Enjoy my pix but please don't call them your own. ♥

I always find these a bit spooky, I dont know why, but your photo is beautiful.
You are correct on that - so many left to be alone.
Absolument magnifique... et poétique.
Bien amicalement et bon dimanche. ELZA

Repurposed by giving a spot for new life. Love the simplicity and mute colours... well done!
Thank you all so much.
Log tie-ups, boat docks, fisheries and canneries once lined the Lower Columbia River. Now mostly of the past.
