I'm a free spirited aging hippie who loves talking to flowers, chasing rainbows and photographing all the beauty that surrounds us Thanks for taking a peek into my little world Laura
Lotus corniculatus, Bird's Foot Trefoil. [From memory : I amaze myself sometimes :-) -- now if I could only remember what I had for breakfast this morning] You took a lovely portrait of this yellow wildflower. I ahve used it for dying unspun wool.
Yellow is such a color full of energy I think. Its is a beauty. I looked in my book and if I knew the size of the blooms and plant it would help but I think it looks like a Monkey Flower. If you find out let me know. A Delight.
Joco, Lisa.. Thanks for letting us know what this little wildflower is. It's quite small, no more than 1/2 inch across. Thank you all for your lovely thoughts. You really do.. make my heart smile!
This is one beautiful flower and your capture is wonderful. Am so glad Jo knew what it was. She is the expert on flowers in my book. Lovely photography. Genie
Through my blog and yours I’ve met and made so many wonderful friends Who’ve enriched my life in so many wonderful ways Ways that words cannot begin to express ♥
Enjoy my pix but please don't call them your own. ♥
